Explanation of Sant Tukaram Maharaj’s Didactic Abhangs in English

Explanation of Sant Tukaram Maharaj’s Didactic Abhangs in English
Pune: Through nearly five thousand abhangs, Jagadguru Shri Sant Tukaram Maharaj wrote for the spiritual upliftment of all mankind. Among these, he has, in Marathi, given teachings on how to live a life free from stress, desires, and sorrow, filled with joy and virtues in the daily life of a human being in the competitive age of modern technology.
Some of these fundamental and selected abhangs have been explained in English by Prof. Dr. Laxman Arun Kshirsagar, the president of the Gyanraj Vidya Prasarak Mandal (JSPM University, Pune), in his book “Noble and Global Saint Tukaram Maharaj” so that this message can reach people all over the world.

This English book was released on the occasion of the Shri Sant Gyaneshwar Maharaj Sanjeevan Samadhi Sohole by the prominent trustees of Alandi Devasthan, Rajendra Umap, Yogi Niranjananath, Shri Chaitanya Maharaj Kabirbuva, Dr. Ramchandra Dekhane, and others.

On this occasion, Sanjay Jadhav, MP from Parbhani, Dr. Mira Garud, former Mayor Rohidas Tapkir, Dr. Ram Gawade, Shri Ajit Wadgaonkar, Shri Gyaneshwar Veer, Shri Sanjay Ghundre, Shri Amol Veerkar, Ved Maharaj Kabirbuva, and other dignitaries were present.
